The faithful of Ranipura Church gathered in large numbers on the church ground to celebrate Christmas on 24th December 2024 at 7 p.m. The festivities began with the singing of Christmas carols at 7.00 p.m. followed by the Eucharistic celebration presided over by Fr John Vas, the chaplain of Father Muller’s Homeopathic College, Deralakatte. Fr John Lobo, OCD, Fr Stanislaus Rodrigues, and Fr Jayaprakash DSouza concelebrated in the Eucharist. Cake and coffee were distributed to the people after the mass. The youth of the ICYM had prepared the Christmas crib on the church ground.
