Star Cricketers Ranipura organized Ranipura Premier League cricket and throwball tournament
for parishioners on 11 December, 2022.
Rev. Fr Jayaprakash DSouza, the Parish Priest, the guests of honour Mr U.T. Khader, MLA-
Mangalore constituency and the deputy opposition leader of Karnataka legislative assembly,
Rev. Fr Wilfred Rodrigues OCD, Administrator- Ryshivana Ranipura, Sr Usha, the Superior of
Regina Caeli Convent, Ranipura, Mr Wilfred DSouza, President, Munnuru Grama Panchayath
Ranipura, Mr Alwin DSouza Vice-President of the Parish Pastoral Council, Mrs Wilma DSouza,
the Secretary PPC Ranipura, Mr Arun Monteiro, the Vice-President Elect and Mr Ivan DSouza,
President, Star Cricketers, were present on Dais. The sports meet was begun by lighting the
lamp. Mr Praveen DSouza welcome the gathering. Mr U T Khader inaugurated the cricket
tournament. Mr Vincent DSouza extended the vote of thanks. Mr Dalon Lobo compered the
inaugural ceremony. Breakfast and lunch were provided to all present during the day.
