ICYM Ranipura Unit, in collaboration with the Yuva Aayog, organized a youth formation session titled “Youth Ignite” at Mary Queen of Universe Church, Ranipura, on 19th July, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the church hall. The programme was conducted for the youth of Ranipura Parish, with around 56 enthusiastic young participants attending the session.
The camp was led by Fr. Movin Pereira OCD and Fr. Fastino Pereira OCD. Fr. Movin Pereira spoke on the importance of leading a true Catholic life and emphasized the significance of the Sacrament of Confirmation in strengthening one’s faith and commitment to Christ.
Fr. Fastino Pereira shared inspiring insights into the Holy Bible, encouraging the youth to deepen their understanding of God’s Word and incorporate its teachings into their daily lives.
In addition to the enlightening talks, the participants actively engaged in action songs and interactive activities, making the session lively, meaningful, and enjoyable. The programme proved to be a spiritually enriching and memorable experience that strengthened the faith, hope, and fellowship among the youth of the parish.
