People in large number gathered in Ranipura church for celebrating Easter, the feast of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ at 7.00 p.m. on 8 April 2023. The ceremony began with the blessing of the fire and the paschal candle. Fr Wilfred Rodrigues, OCD presided over the Eucharist. Preaching the Word of God, Fr Jayaprakash spoke how Christian hope makes our life meaningful. People took part in the celebration of the Eucharist with devotion.
